Abstract
En el desarrollo de este proyecto de investigación será posible observar el estudio de diferentes técnicas constructivas en
edificaciones nacionales e internacionales. A través del análisis de cinco proyectos arquitectónicos localizados en diversos países,
reconocidos por el uso de nuevas tecnologías en materialidad y su bajo impacto medioambiental generado en el proceso de edificación,
se evaluarán diferentes técnicas y alternativas constructivas que puedan ser implementadas en el proyecto nacional, que será objeto de
estudio.
El proyecto Montelimar, será intervenido arquitectónicamente y se planteará el cambio del sistema constructivo, la materialidad y
el diseño electromecánico que conforma el edificio con el fin de proponer un conjunto residencial que contribuya a disminuir el consumo
energético y los efectos contaminantes en el lugar de implantación, mejorando la calidad de vida de los habitantes en el edificio y zonas
colindantes.
Through this investigation, it will be possible to find different information about new technologies and methodologies to build constructions with a low impact on the environment. It is going to be studied five projects worldwide that give us information about sustainable parameters to improve actual architectural projects in Costa Rica. By using some assessment tools, it will be possible to compare both buildings and decide if the intervention on the building reduce the harmful effect on the environment. Montelimar will be architecturally intervened to improve the lifestyle of the residents in the building and the neighbors around the project. The constructive technique, the materials, and the electromechanical systems are going to be changed to propose a better place to live.
