Resumen
Este artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio sobre las Estrategias Didácticas empleadas para la enseñanza de la Merceología en la Carrera de Bachillerato y Licenciatura en Administración Aduanera y Comercio Exterior de la Escuela de Administración Pública de la Universidad de Costa Rica; el mismo inicia destacando la importancia del conocimiento del lenguaje técnico, el cual es fundamental en la formación de los profesionales que se incorporan en la actividad aduanera, por tanto, la investigación fusiona diversos enfoques, como los de Aduanas, Administración Pública, Comercio Exterior y Comercio Internacional que giran y se sistematizan en torno a una ciencia poco conocida pero muy especial: la Merceología y el cómo enseñarla, mediante una propuesta de lineamientos generales, con un enfoque socio-constructivista para la enseñanza del lenguaje técnico en materia de aduanas y comercio exterior.
This investigation presents the results of a study, of the educational strategies for the accurate teaching of “Merceología” at the career on Bachelor's and Licentiate degree in Customs Administration and Foreign Trade of the School of Public Administration at the Universidad de Costa Rica; it initiates, by emphasizing the importance of the knowledge on the technical language, which is essential at the development of the professionals, that are incorporated on the day-to-day CustomsDuties activities, therefore, the research merges the methodologies of Customs, Public Administration and Foreign Trade and International Trade, that rotate and systematized around to a low-profile but very special science, called “Merceología”, and how to teach it, by a proposal of general guidelines with a socio-constructivist approach for the correct teaching in the Technical language in Customs and Foreign Trade matter.
