Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la gestión del clima organizacional desde las dimensiones de la comunicación y la cooperación, y su incidencia directa en la satisfacción profesional, en la Escuela Isabel Brown Brown, ubicada en el circuito 02 de la Dirección Regional de Liberia. La iniciativa partió la comprensión del entorno escolar no solo es un espacio de transmisión de conocimientos, sino también un escenario de relaciones humanas que requieren atención, gestión y fortalecimiento continuo. En este sentido, se logró como la gestión del clima organizacional no debe limitarse a aspectos administrativos, sino que debe integrar elementos humanos que permitan a los actores educativos afrontar de manera asertiva los retos cotidianos, enfrentar una comunidad educativa exigente en el desarrollo de competencias emocionales y sociales.
Bajo esta investigación se implementó, un enfoque cualitativo, con un estudio de casos, con el desarrollo de características descriptivas para comprender el entorno natural de los fenómenos que participan en este contexto. Por su parte, los objetivos se planteó la orientación en una propuesta resultante de este trabajo, con actividades concreta para atender las necesidades emergentes de la comunidad escolar, orientada a mejorar el clima organizacional desde la gestión de la comunicación y la cooperación, como medios esenciales para elevar el nivel de satisfacción profesional y, por ende, la calidad del servicio educativo.
En definitiva, esta indagación representó una contribución al mejoramiento de los procesos de gestión institucional en el ámbito educativo, ofreciendo un enfoque integral que promueve el trabajo colaborativo, sana convivencia, valores humanos y transformación profesional.
Asimismo, por su gran adaptabilidad en su estructura, permite una planificación constante a las necesidades que demanda el contexto institucional.
This research aims to analyze organizational climate management from the perspective of communication and cooperation, and its direct impact on job satisfaction, at the Isabel Brown Brown School, located in Circuit 02 of the Liberia Regional Directorate. The initiative is based on an understanding that the school environment is not only a space for the transmission of knowledge, but also a setting for human relations that require attention, management, and strengthening. In this sense, it was established that organizational climate management should not be limited to administrative aspects but should integrate human elements that allow educational stakeholders to assertively confront daily challenges and face a demanding educational community in the development of emotional and social competencies. This research implemented a qualitative approach, using a case study, with the development of descriptive characteristics to understand the natural environment of the phenomena involved in this context. The objectives established, in turn, guided the resulting proposal, with concrete activities to address the emerging needs of the school community. This proposal is aimed at improving the organizational climate through communication and cooperation management, as essential means of raising the level of professional satisfaction and, consequently, the quality of the educational service. Ultimately, this research represents a contribution to strengthening institutional management processes in the educational field, offering a comprehensive approach that promotes collaborative work, healthy coexistence, human values, and professional transformation. Furthermore, its highly adaptable structure allows for consistent planning to meet the needs of the institutional context.
