El ingreso de la tecnología en los centros educativos (para este caso, computadoras) viene acompañado de programas informáticos que buscan apoyar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. En preescolar, se proponen videojuegos que promueven habilidades de socialización. Estos requieren ser evaluados y, para esto, se presenta la jugabilidad como sistema de diseño y análisis. Se utiliza a las personas hacia quienes se dirige el videojuego como personas con criterios expertos. El presente estudio tuvo dos objetivos: desarrollar y validar un instrumento para evaluar un ambiente virtual colaborativo (AVC) al utilizar los parámetros de jugabilidad y estudiantes de preescolar como criterios expertos. Se hizo una fase piloto en donde se entrevistó a participantes y, con estas respuestas, se implementaron mejoras al juego y se inició una fase de evaluación con 110 participantes. El resultado fue un protocolo que calificó el AVC y un videojuego que es apto para estudiantes de preescolar.
The incorporation of technology in educational centers (in this case, computers), together with software, has the purpose of supporting teaching-learning process. In preschool, the proposal is carried out through videogames that promote social abilities. These videogames need to be evaluated, and, for this, playability is presented as a system of design and analysis. The target audience for the videogame is considered as people with expert criteria. This study had two objectives: the development and the validation of an instrument to evaluate a Collaborative Virtual Environment (CVE), using playability parameters, and preschool children with expert criteria. A pilot phase was carried, out in which participants were interviewed. These answers were used to implement improvements to the game, and an evaluation phase was started with 110 participants. With this information, improvements were made to the game and an evaluation phase was made with 110 participants. The result is a protocol that evaluated the CVE and a videogame for preschool children.
