ESTUDIO DE OBJECIONES PRESENTADAS POR LA COMISIÓN REVISORA DEL MOPT A LA PROPUESTA DE ACTUALIZACIÓN DE LAS SECCIONES 634, 654, 718.13, 210.10 405.07, 405.08, 259.15, 259.16, 261.07 Y 261.08 DEL CR-2010

Abstract

En el presente informe se presenta en formato tabla, el análisis de las objeciones presentadas por la Comisión Revisadora del MOPT, el cual indica la procedencia o no de dichas objeciones y su justificación, según el criterio técnico del LanammeUCR. Las objeciones consideradas como procedentes se incorporan de manera definitiva a la versión digital de la sección, como propuesta final que presenta el LanammeUCR. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las potestades establecidas en el artículo 44 del DE-37016-MOPT. Al presente informe se adjunta en disco compacto, las secciones en formato Word y pdf que contienen los cambios derivados del análisis.

In this report the analysis of the objections presented by the Review Commission from the MOPT is presented in a table format, which indicates they proceed or not and their justification, according to the technical criteria of the LanammeUCR. The objections considered as pertinent are definitively incorporated into the digital version of the section, as a final proposal presented by the LanammeUCR, without prejudice to the powers established in article 44 of DE-37016-MOPT. The changes in the sections resulting from the analysis are attached to this report on a CD, in Word and PDF format.
