Análisis de la gestión implementada en el IEGB Limón 2000 para mitigar las afectaciones socioemocionales en el personal debido a la transformación del contexto educativo ante la pandemia COVID-19, circuito 07 de la Dirección Regional de Enseñanza de Limón

Abstract

Esta investigación está orientado al análisis de la gestión implementada en el IEGB Limón 2000 para mitigar las afectaciones socioemocionales en el personal docente de secundaria durante el contexto de pandemia Covid-19. Elaborado para optar al grado y título de Maestría Profesional en Administración Educativa, mediante el planteamiento de los siguientes objetivos generales: Analizar la gestión implementada en el IEGB Limón 2000 para mitigar las afectaciones socioemocionales en el personal docente debido a la transformación del contexto educativo ante la pandemia COVID-19 y así luego proponer un plan de contingencia para mitigar las afectaciones socioemocionales en el personal docente debido a la transformación del contexto educativo ante la pandemia COVID-19. Se identificaron los factores que generan afectaciones socioemocionales en el personal docente de secundaria del IEGB Limón 2000 debido a la transformación del contexto educativo ante la pandemia COVID-19 de las cuales se determinaron factores familiares y laborales. Se llegó a la conclusión que a pesar del auge tecnológico y de los esfuerzos del Gobierno mediante el Ministerio de Educación Pública por promover el uso de la tecnología, la conectividad y la virtualidad; lamentablemente existen docentes que no están a la vanguardia en este campo, evidenciando que aún falta mucho por hacer. La mayoría de los docentes se sintieron preocupados, frustrados y ansiosos ya que, no se sentían preparados para llevar el proceso educativo virtualmente. A pesar de los retos enfrentados en el contexto de pandemia, los docentes han salido adelante con el proceso de aprendizaje, aun así, hubo situaciones de estrés laboral, debido a una gestión administrativa débil por parte de la dirección. Una vez en que se llegaron a estas conclusiones se diseña una propuesta de intervención mediante un plan de acción elaborado con el fin de mitigar las afectaciones socioemocionales en el personal docente debido a la transformación del contexto educativo ante la pandemia covid-19.

The present research work aimed at analyzing the management implemented at the IEGB Limón 2000 to mitigate the socio-emotional effects on secondary school teaching staff due to the transformation of the educational context in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic of the Limon 7th Regional Education Management Circuit (circuito 07 de la Dirección Regional de Enseñanza de Limón), prepared to qualify for the degree and title of Professional Master in Educational Administration, had as general objectives to analyze the management implemented in the IEGB Limón 2000 to mitigate the socio-emotional effects on the teaching staff due to the transformation of the educational context in the face of the COVID pandemic. -19 to further propose a contingency plan to mitigate the socio-emotional effects on teaching staff due to the transformation of the educational context in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The factors that generate socio-emotional effects on the teaching staff of the IEGB Limón 2000 were identified due to the transformation of the educational context in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, from which family and work factors were determined. It was concluded that despite the technological boom and the efforts of the Government through the Ministry of Public Education to promote the use of technology, connectivity, and virtuality, unfortunately, there are teachers who are not at the forefront in this field, showing that there is still a lot to do. Most teachers felt worried, frustrated, and anxious since they were unprepared to complete the educational process virtually. Despite the challenges faced in the context of the pandemic, teachers have moved forward with the learning process, even so there were situations of work stress, due to weak administrative management by management. Once these conclusions were reached, an intervention proposal was designed through an action plan developed in order to mitigate the socio-emotional effects on teaching staff due to the transformation of the educational context in the face of the covid-19 pandemic.
