Análisis de la gestión de estrategias de recuperación de los espacios artísticos en el Colegio Técnico Profesional de Aserrí para la promoción y permanencia estudiantil post-pandemia

Abstract
Durante el periodo de 2020 a 2022, la educación se vio afectada por la emergencia mundial ocurrida; la pandemia por COVID-19. La virtualidad de los centros educativos generó que los espacios artísticos se vieran afectados e incluso tuvieran que desaparecer, además de dejar estragos en la salud mental de las personas estudiantes y de las personas docentes. Con el regreso a la presencialidad surge la necesidad de recuperar los espacios artísticos que tuvieron que cesar durante ese periodo. El espacio artístico dentro del centro educativo no solo es un gran aporte a la salud mental luego de vivir un evento histórico tan importante, sino que también, desde el pasado, se ha visto que es importante para el desarrollo personal de las personas estudiantes, puede generar sentido de pertenencia y motivación escolar, lo que conduce a un mejor rendimiento académico y a la permanencia estudiantil. Con esta investigación se pretende analizar las estrategias gestionadas en el Colegio Técnico Profesional de Aserrí para recuperar espacios artísticos en la institución, así como proponer una propuesta de mejora e integración de nuevas estrategias basadas en los resultados.
During the period from 2020 to 2021 the education was affected by the global emergency; the COVID- 19 pandemic. Virtual classes in schools and high schools caused artistic spaces to be affected, even having to disappear. In addition, it left havoc on students and teachers mental health. With classes going back to being face-to-face, recovering artistic spaces that had to cease during this period, becomes a necessity. Artistic spaces on the educational center not only are a huge contribution to improve mental health after experiencing an important historic event, but also, even from before the pandemic, have proven to be important for the students' personal development. They can generate a sense of belonging to the school and educational motivation, which conduces to a better academic performance and school retention. This investigation pretends to anlyze the strategy managment for recovering artistic spaces on Colegio Técnico Profesional de Aserrí, and to propose a improvement project for those strategies as well as the addition of new ones, based on results.
