Abstract
A cytogenetical research was performed in a case of chronic myclogenous leukemia in blastic crisis, aferting a 45 years old woman, and was found an uncommon translocation that is involved in the formation of the Philadelphia chromosome (Phi), between the chromosomes number 10 and 22, as well as numerical aberrations of the chromosomes 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 1 7, 18, 19, 20, 21 and Phi1.
