Abstract
proyectando escenarios integrales, asequibles e inclusivos.
Reinvention and urban regeneration are the base pillar for urban renewal, giving a new meaning to the spatial fabric that is being treated. Human settlements are taking on a series of connotations according to their spatial, functional, social and cultural characteristics that are developed throughout history, however, over time there are spaces that remain as ghosts -vacant and abandoned- without much sense of being, it is there, where a revaluation of the space begins, for its transformation, repopulation and new use, generating an urban rehabilitation and an improvement in habitability, but more sustainable and inclusive, where the needs of mobility, integrality, recycling and equipment, are being modified and generating a sanitation and adaptation of the context to an environment that is constantly changing. This research takes its roots under this logic, contributing with the knowledge and parameters established by the Municipality of San Pablo, to select an intervention sector, in which the reality of the context will be diagnosed and analyzed in multiple variables, which are intermingled with an urban theorization, projecting solutions to current problems in relation to issues of mobility, spatiality and habitability, projecting comprehensive, affordable and inclusive scenarios.
