Abstract
This document Final Applied Investigation Work, proposes a series of sustainability tools and passive strategies related to the study of the different courses of the Professional Master's Degree in Architecture and Construction, to apply it to a high-rise residential vertical condominium building called Tower The Yoses II. The Research concludes that with the application of passive strategies, energy and drinking water savings, the reuse of rainwater, in addition to the implementation of prefabricated construction systems, it is shown that it is possible to improve the level of sustainability of the project. This could be verified through the Multicriteria Model where the project went from 55.20% to 86.23% in its rating.
