INFORME DE EVALUACIÓN RUTA NACIONAL N°126 PUENTE CATARATA LA PAZ

Abstract

Se describen diferentes aspectos observados en el flanco este del Volcán Poás mediante un sobrevuelo que se realizó en conjunto con la CNE y la Sección de Seguridad Aérea de la Fuerza Pública el 17 de setiembre del presente año. La inspección aérea incluyó secciones de la Ruta Nacional N°126 y se evaluaron las condiciones actuales de la microcuenca del río La Paz Grande y específicamente del sitio donde se encontraba el puente de la Catarata La Paz, que fue destruido por una cabeza de agua el día anterior al sobrevuelo. Se detallan los antecedentes de los puentes que han existido en este sitio y se dan las referencias de los principales trabajos que se han realizado en la zona y que deberían ser consultados y tomados en cuenta por los encargados de esta estructura.
