El abordaje de la emergencia nacional por COVID-19 llevó a las investigadoras a cuestionarse ¿cuáles lecciones aprendidas pueden extraerse del proceso de apertura gradual de fronteras aéreas de Costa Rica durante el 2020 en el marco de la pandemia por COVID-19, para la práctica de la salud pública? Con el propósito de responder esta interrogante, las investigadoras se propusieron identificar cuáles fueron las lecciones aprendidas del proceso de reapertura de fronteras aéreas de Costa Rica en el marco de la pandemia de COVID-19 durante el 2020, permitiendo la identificación de los elementos que incidieron en este proceso desde una perspectiva de salud pública
The approach to the national emergency triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic prompted researchers to inquire about the potential lessons that could be gleaned from Costa Rica's gradual reopening of its air borders in 2020, within the context of the pandemic, for the advancement of public health practices.
