Ítem Funciones periódicas, cuasiperiódicas y clasificación de funciones(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Castro Fernández, EdwinIn this work we present some significative sets of functions. Following the ideas of [2] we introduce the almost periodic functions and its elementary properties. Based in [12] we give a clasification of the sets.Ítem Generación de reglas estadísticas a partir de grandes bases de datos(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Schektman, Yves; Trejos Zelaya, Javier; Troupé, MarylèneGiven a set of categorical variables, we want to predict one or more of them by the way rules. We propose an algorithm that (i) is guided by statistical results in a relational geometry where we use assymetrical association indices, and (ii) makes statistical and euclidian approximations. The iterative method we propose can obtain rules without introducing a priori their premises in the set of independent conjonctions analized by the generator at each step. The algorithm has a linear complexity with regard to the number of individual; this property makes it suitable for large data sets. We present results over data examples.Ítem Modelos minimales de la recta hiperreal(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Alvarado Jiménez, WilliamA new proof of the existence of minimal models of the hiperreal line is obtained in terms of a combinatorial property of Ramsey ultrafilters over a countable set.Ítem Análisis de tablas múltiples de datos(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Castillo Elizondo, William; González Varela, JorgeTwo methods for analyzing multiple data tables of the French Data Analysis school are presented: the Statis method and Multiple Factor Analysis. The types of data that can be trated by each methodology area analyzed and how they construct an average simultaneous representation of the individual/variables in the same principal space. Moreover, computational aspects of an implementation are studied.Ítem Estudio crítico del modelo de Manly-Parr(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Poltronieri Vargas, JorgeManly and Parr in 1968 obtain a model which give an estimation of the parameters of an animal population. The model presents some weakness on the specifications of the class of individual in the population. In the present paper we solve this problem in the model. We compare the estimators in the new model with the Jolly-Seber and we give the formulae of variance-covariance of the estimators.Ítem Análisis estadístico de datos categóricos ordenados(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Muñoz Hernández, BredaOrdered categorical panel data is modeled assuming an underlying continuous-time finite-space Markov chain. The tridiagonal form of the intensity matrix renders the implementation of the maximum likelihood method more stable numerically. The intensities describe rates of transitions between adjacent categories producing a very natural interpretation.Ítem Algunas consideraciones sobre el modelo lineal multivariado(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Poltronieri Vargas, Jorge; Duarte Esquivel, AsdrúbalWe consider the general linear model with the classical hypothesis. In particular we consider the variance analysis in two factors and we give explicitly the forms of the associated matrixes as well as the statistics of the likelihood ratio test for the null hypothesis. We obtain in a explicit form the distributions of the estimator under hypothesis of normality.Ítem Particiones óptimas: características y calidad de sus aproximaciones(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Labrèche, SaidIn the part, we present a factorial approach for clustering following the least squares criterion, for every choice of the metrics in the individual space. We deduce that the between-clusters inertia has an upper bound that depends on the number of clusters and the results of a Principal Component Analysis; this enables us to generalize a coefficient that measures the quality of the approximation of an optimal partition. In the second part, we demonstrate that the inertia induces a strict ordering of the set of optimal partitions. Finally, we propose a heuristic for choosing the number of clusters.Ítem Equilibrio walrasiano en economías de intercambio(2009-02-18 00:00:00) Acuña Ortega, Osvaldo; Ulate Montero, FernánWe present the aggregated excess demand functions in an exchange economy. We study the properties and the equilibrium price vector of the aggregated excess demand functions. We prove that the walrasian equilibrium is a Pareto optimun. We study regular ecomies. We prove the existence of regular equilibrium for regular economies. We study the unicity of the equilibrium price vector.
