El derecho a una vivienda adecuada en Costa Rica

Abstract

El presente ensayo refiere a la transformación del derecho a la vivienda al derecho a una vivienda adecuada, y su alcance según instrumentos internacionales, convencionales, comunitarios y constitucionales; los cuales lo reconocen como un derecho humano, comunitario y fundamental. Además, reseña la política pública nacional, y la posibilidad de obtener su eficacia mediante la normativa vigente y las principales instituciones competentes.This essay refers to the transformation of the right to housing into the right to adequate housing, and its scope according to international, conventional, community and constitutional instruments, which recognize it as a human, community and fundamental right. In addition, it reviews the national public policy, and the possibility of attaining its effectiveness through current regulations and the main competent institutions.
