dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo aborda la problemática en torno a los conceptos de prevención y peligrosidad en el derecho penal. Se trata de un estudio en torno a la problemática de la aplicación del pronóstico como base de imputación con el propósito de justificar un adelantamiento de la reacción jurídico-penal frente al sujeto peligroso y su consideración como un derecho penal de autor y no de acto.es
dc.description.abstractThis essay addresses topics related to the concepts of prevention and dangerousness in criminal law. This is an analysis of the issue of the application of forecast as the basis for accusation with the aim of justifying an anticipation of the juridical-criminal reaction of the dangerous subject, and its consideration as criminal law of the author and not of the act.es
