Proyecto de Gestión Estratégica del Centro Infantil Laboratorio.

Abstract

Este proyecto tuvo como objetivo construir colectivamente el marco de gestión institucional con el fin de planificar estratégicamente, hacia el futuro, mediante la consolidación de una cultura solidaria y comprometida con el desarrollo humano y que le garantice sostenibilidad en este cambio de época histórica. La población participante estuvo constituida por 14 docentes, 2 cocineras, 1 secretaria, 1 administradora, 1 Psicóloga, 1 Trabajadora Social y la Junta Directiva del Centro Infantil Laboratorio de la Sede Rodrigo Facio. Además participaron niños, niñas y familias. Es una investigación – acción de carácter cualitativo. El Centro Infantil Laboratorio asume una visión holística de mundo que le permite construir un referente teórico para la acción: Holismo, la Gestión Holística y el enfoque de Derechos. Así mismo construye, a la luz de estos referentes y con una metodología participativa, un Contrato Social (Visión de mundo, desafíos del contexto, compromisos hacia el contexto) y un Marco Estratégico (Misión, Visión, Objetivos y Principios-Valores). Este último como parte del proceso de reformulación de los Centros Infantiles Universitarios. Esto le permite contar hoy con un marco de referencia, y una estructura organizativa contexto-céntrica que le posibilita colocar las capacidades institucionales y las organizacionales al servicio de los Desafíos del Contexto.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this project was to collectively build the institutional management framework in order to strategically plan for the future, through the consolidation of a culture of solidarity and commitment to human development that guarantees sustainability in this change of historical epoch. The participating population consisted of 14 teachers, 2 cooks, 1 secretary, 1 administrator, 1 Psychologist, 1 Social Worker and the Board of Directors of the Children's Center Laboratory of the Rodrigo Facio Headquarters. In addition, children and families participated. It is a research - action of a qualitative nature. The Children's Laboratory Center assumes a holistic view of the world that allows it to build a theoretical reference for action: Holism, Holistic Management and the Rights approach. It also constructs, in the light of these referents and with a participatory methodology, a Social Contract (Worldview, context challenges, commitments to the context) and a Strategic Framework (Mission, Vision, Objectives and Principles-Values). The latter as part of the reformulation process of the University Children's Centers. This allows him to have a frame of reference today, and a context-centric organizational structure that allows him to place the institutional and organizational capacities at the service of Context Challenges.
