Abstract
La presente investigación, bajo un enfoque cualitativo y de alcance descriptivo, resultando en una propuesta de trabajo, se aboca por brindar estrategias que promuevan la convivencia inclusiva, en la comunidad educativa del Liceo Monseñor Rubén Odio, ubicado en Desamparados.
Lo anterior mediante objetivos que brindaron una línea de trabajo, la cual permitió esclarecer así las necesidades en torno al abordaje para promover la convivencia inclusiva dentro de la comunidad educativa en estudio. Para la consecución de los objetivos se utilizaron técnicas como el grupo focal de manera virtual y con la población participante, la cual consta del personal institucional, estudiantes y madres de la institución, la entrevista semiestructurada con población con discapacidad y la revisión de documentación institucional, que pudiera complementar las información de las personas participantes y sus vivencias, en torno a la convivencia en el centro educativo.
Por último, en las conclusiones y recomendaciones, se espera que, como resultado de esta investigación, esta propuesta pueda servir a otras personas profesionales a seguir implementando acciones que promuevan una convivencia inclusiva en los centros educativos, en la que se pueda prevenir la violencia y la discriminación entre la juventud costarricense.
This research, using a qualitative approach and a descriptive scope, resulted in a work proposal. It aims to provide strategies that promote inclusive coexistence in the educational community of Monseñor Rubén Odio High School, located in Desamparados. This research aims to provide a line of work that clarified the needs regarding the approach to promoting inclusive coexistence within the educational community under study. To achieve these objectives, techniques such as virtual focus groups were used and with the participating population, which included institutional staff, students, and mothers of the institution. A semi-structured interview with the population with disabilities and a review of institutional documentation were conducted, which could complete the information on the participants and their experiences regarding coexistence in the educational center. Finally, in the conclusions and recommendations, it is hoped that, as a result of the research, this proposal may serve other professionals to continue implementing actions that promote inclusive coexistence in educational centers, in which violence and discrimination among Costa Rican youth can be prevented.
