Abstract
We defend in this paper that there aretwo kinds of rebellion in Spinoza: (a) one kind based on selfishness, (b) another one which proceeds according to reason and is motivated by just causes.Only the second type of rebellion could be justiffied. Nevertheless, rebellion is not a civil right according to Spinoza but a natural one.
