| dc.description | El presente artículo tiene la finalidad de examinar, a través del sistema de indicadores, el mecanismo de justiciabilidad, para los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales, entre los cuales el derecho a la educación es un derecho componente. Con la finalidad de determinar cómo ha sido la experiencia en el uso de tales indicadores, se hace un recuento de las diferentes instancias supranacionales que tienen relación directa con el derecho a la educación. Es así como se pretende validar este proceso de uso de indicadores, y afirmarlo como una demanda de efectividad y cumplimiento a los Estados, cuando se transgredan los estándares fijados para la tutela del citado derecho. The present article was written with the purpose of examining justice mechanisms through the system of statistical indicators of economical, social and cultural rights; among which lies the right to an education as a basic component. There will be a compilation of several super-national entities with a direct relationship with the right to an education, with the purpose of collecting experiences in the use of statistical indicators. In this way, the author pretends to validate the process of use of indicators, and to bolster its use as a way to demand effectiveness and accountability to the different states in the world, whenever the fixed standards that uphold the right to an education are violated. | es |
