dc.descriptionEmployee Associations have had a considerable growth in our country over the pastdecades. However, the legal treatment given to employers’ contributions of unemploymentcompensation which are monthly transferred to the Employees Associations, and whichare seen as simple unemployment insurance’ advance payments, causes an incrementalemployer’s contingency in that matter. this is when a worker is fired without a fair cause,and thus, with all its unemployment rights, including unemployment compensation.this work tries to put on perspective the financial side of the relationship between theunemployment compensation and the Employee Associations, simulating and quantifyingthe contingency mentioned.en-US
dc.descriptionLas Asociaciones Solidaristas han tenido un considerable crecimiento en nuestropaís durante las últimas décadas. No obstante, el tratamiento legal dado a los aportespatronales del auxilio de cesantía que son trasladados mensualmente a las AsociacionesSolidaristas, y que son considerados como simples traslados anticipados de la cesantíamisma, provoca una incremental contingencia patronal en esa materia, para cuandoentonces un trabajador sea despedido sin justa causa, y por ende con todos sus agregadoslaborales, cesantía incluida.Este trabajo tratará de poner en perspectiva el lado financiero de la relación entre el auxiliode cesantía y las Asociaciones Solidaristas, simulando y cuantificando la contingenciamencionada.es
