Abstract

This article presents an approximation to the myth of the hero, fundamental within the literary discourse, from the analytical psychology proposed by Carl Jung. It discusses its origin, its development and its literary consequences as a functional archetype of the narrative.El artículo presenta una aproximación al mito del héroe, fundamental en el discurso literario, desde la psicología analítica propuesta por Carl Jung. Se estudia su origen, su desarrollo y sus consecuencias literarias como arquetipo funcional de la narrativa.
