dc.description	En el presente artículo se parte de la afirmación que hace Mitchel Resnick sobre fenómeno de descentralización que está ocurriendo en casi todas las actividades de la vida en la actualidad, para abordar específicamente la descentralización del aprendizaje; las posibilidades que en ese sentido aportan las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación TICS y los retos subsecuentes que enfrenta la educación en los próximos años. Desde esta perspectiva, la descentralización es un marco interpretativo de los cambios socioculturales en los cuales intervienen las TICS: el uso de esta tecnologías por parte de otras personas vinculadas a contextos profesionales diferentes; el replanteamiento del funcionamiento de las organizaciones, y, quizás, el más importante, su aporte a la educación, ya que es concebida con el resultado de procesos dinámicos construcción de conocimiento por interacción del aprendiz con el medio. Within the present article, we begin from the statement Mitchel Resnick makes about the occurrence of decentralization in almost all of life's activities these days; to deal specifically with decentralization in education, the possibilities offered by the Technologies for Information and Communication (TIC's) in this sense, and the following challenges that education will face in following years. From this point of view, decentralization is a frame of interpretation for the sociocultural changes in which the TIC's take part: the use of these technologies by other people linked to different professional contexts; the reassessment of the function of organizations; and perhaps most importantly, its contribution to education, since it is conceived with the results of dynamic processes and the construction of knowledge through the interaction of the learner with the environment.	es-ES
