Abstract
En el presente artículo se aborda el tema del Estado como un ente político que está conformado por el estatus que concede el pueblo al mismo, donde se define el gran poder que maneja el este y como son capaces de elegir quien maneja a ciertos sectores, o como se maneja al país, donde se expone al pueblo como una simple arena de batallas, para que los amigos y enemigos del Estado puedan llevar a cabo sus batallas en su búsqueda de poder político. Luego de una descripción general de lo que es y lo que representa, se define también la necesidad de las municipalidades para hacer funcionar este ente político.
This article addresses the issue of the State as a political entity that is made up of the status granted by the people to it, where the great power that manages the east is defined and how they are able to choose who manages certain sectors, or how the country is managed, where the people are exposed as a simple battle arena, so that the friends and enemies of the State can carry out their battles in their search for political power. After a general description of what it is and what it represents, the need for municipalities to make this political entity work is also defined.
