Diseases such as malaria and yellow fever were understood as an “internal threat”, when impacts exceed provincial frameworks, as was the malaria outbreaks in the province of Córdoba. This expansion led to the implementation of several initiatives being very significant malaria campaigns carried out in the thirties, whose logistics are capitalized in preventing an outbreak of yellow fever in those years threatened to countries bordering Argentina.
