Abstract
Acetato de (E)-3-dodecenilo, principal componente de feromona de Scrobipal-popsis solanivora, se preparó con un rendimiento total del 61 %. El precursor, 3-dodecin-1-ol, se preparó en el paso de un recipiente mediante la reacción organometálico, formado por la reacción de aleno y 2 equivalentes de n-BuLi, con 1-yodoheptano y óxido de etileno.
(E)-3-dodecenyl acetato, major pheromone component of Scrobipal-popsis solanivora, was prepared in 61% overall yield.The precursor, 3-dodecin-1-ol, was prepared in the one pot step by the coupling reaction of the organometallic, formed from the reaction if allene and 2 equivalents of n-BuLi, with 1-iodoheptane and ethylene oxide.
