dc.descriptionThis article is based on the premise that technologic development that society has reached today allows it to extend the panoptic tendency -initially architectonic and later photographic- to two TV genders: The hidden camera and mainly the reality show (if we use Big Brother as a paradigm). From this moment, we can point out that the surveillance underlying this visual articulation ends up extrapolating to the spectacular structure.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo trabaja desde el supuesto de que el desarrollo tecnológico que ha alcanzado la sociedad actual le permite extender la tendencia panóptica -inicialmente arquitectónica y posteriormente fotográfica- a dos de sus géneros televisivos: la cámara escondida y sobre todo el reality show (con Gran Hermano como paradigma). A partir de aquí se plantea entonces que la vigilancia que subyace a esta articulación visual termina extrapolándose a la estructura espectacular.es-ES
