dc.descriptionEste artículo pretende establecer una continuidad entre los inicios de la teoría marxistaen la sociedad capitalista europea del siglo xix hasta el posmarxismo de la sociedad capitalistacontemporánea, teniendo como hilo conductor, la categoría de clase social en elpensamiento sociológico dentro de su larga trayectoria en el desarrollo histórico social delas ciencias humanas y sociales, en general y de la Sociología, en particular. Asimismo,presenta el análisis de la clase social en la investigación de la desigualdad económica planteadopor el marxismo analítico y los aportes de Eric Olín Wright, uno de sus máximosrepresentantes, con la idea de las posiciones contradictorias en las relaciones de clase y lapropuesta del concepto de estructura de clases a nivel micro de análisis para la investigaciónempírica.es-ES

It also presents the analysis of social class in the investigationof economic inequality raised by the analytical Marxism and the contributions ofEric Olin Wright, one of its leading representatives, with the idea of contradictory positionson class relations and the proposal the concept of class structure at the micro level ofanalysis for empirical research.en-US
