dc.description	La presente investigación, de carácter cualitativo, se ha desarrollado para determinar las necesidades y estrategias de abordaje de los derechos sexuales y derechos reproductivos de las mujeres embarazadas, sujeto de estudio de la presente investigación, realizada en el Ebais de Barrio Pinto y San Pedro, durante los meses de Setiembre y Octubre del 2003. En este estudio participaron: El equipo de salud y cinco mujeres embarazadas en edades entre los 17 y 30 años. La información fue recolectada por medio de entrevistas a profundidad y grupo focal.Los hallazgos refieren que existe la necesidad por parte de las mujeres, que se aborden en forma integral su salud sexual y salud reproductiva , debido a que exteriorizan la carencia de información sobre los derechos sexuales y reproductivos. Asimismo, se pudo apreciar el desconocimiento de los derechos en mención y de las políticas que los contemplan por parte del equipo de salud. Este artículo describe como el sistema de salud actual se limita a cumplir normas que no permiten flexibilidad y la expresión de necesidades de las usuarias que reciben la atención en salud.Por último se recomienda promover campañas de difusión sobre los derechos sexuales y derechos reproductivos de mujeres y hombres, tomando en cuenta las etapas del ciclo de vida y crear una nueva visión de la atención en salud con perspectiva de género que permita generar condiciones de igualdad.	es-ES
dc.description	This qualitative research has been developed to determine requirements and strategies to comprehend the sexual right and reproductive rights of pregnant women that are study subject of this research, carried out on the months of September and October 2003. In this study had the participation of a Health Team and five (5) women within 17 and 30 years old. The information was obtained doing deep surveys and a discussion group. The discoveries addresses the needs of those women, to comprehend in an integral way theirs sexual health and reproductive health because they exteriorize the lack of information about sexual and reproductive rights. 3Likewise, was possible to appreciate the ignorance about the rights mentioned above and the politics that support them in case of the Health Team This article describes how the health system it just limits to accomplish norms that doesn’t allows flexibility and the expression of requirement claims that this women receives the health service. Lastly, is recommended to promote diffusion campaigns about sexual rights and reproductive rights for women and men, noticing the stages of the life cycle and to create a new vision in the health attention regarding the creation of gender equalities.	en-US
