| dc.description | With the implementation of reform and open-up policy, China has modernized the education system to mainly cover the three stages of primary education, secondary education and higher education. Further, in light of the development of legislative system and raise of rule of law, legal education has become an important discipline at the stage of higher education, in order to provide the theoretical guidance for rule of law as well as the legal human resources. As far as legal education system is concerned, for one thing, the legal education has advanced to include different legal branches and made considerably contribution in the human training, foreign exchange and legal research. For another thing, however, there are still shortcomings under which the way of teaching is separated from practical training, and legal education lacks of quality education, this is why the reform of legal education has attracted great attention, with the purpose of improving this kind of education in China | en-US |
| dc.description | Con la implementación de la reforma y la política de apertura, China ha modernizado el sistema de educación para cubrir principalmente las tres etapas: educación primaria, secundaria y la educación superior. Además, a la luz del desarrollo del sistema legislativo y el surgimiento del Estado de Derecho, la educación jurídica se ha convertido en una disciplina importante para el fin de proporcionar la orientación teórica de imperio de la ley, así como los recursos humanos legales. En cuanto a sistema de educación jurídica se refiere, por un lado, éste ha avanzado para incluir distintas ramas del derecho y ha hecho una contribución considerable en la formación humana, en intercambios extranjeros y en la investigación. Por otro lado, sin embargo, todavía hay deficiencias en las que la forma de enseñar se separa de la formación práctica, lo que conduce a que se carezca de la calidad requerida. Es por lo anterior, que la reforma de la educación jurídica ha atraído gran atención, con el fin de mejorar este tipo de la educación en China. | es-ES |
